Two person lady shot as lady invites DSS on her fashion designer

Following the incident that occurred in market, Garki, Buja On the evening of  September 7, 2023, a lady called some Department of State Service (DSS) personnel to arrest her tailor who didn't deliver her clothes as agreed. 

The angry lady with the fully energized DSS personnel walk in and dragged the man out without any chance of explanation he was beaten and while trying defend himself by pushing and confronting the DSS personnel.

They allegedly cock their gun and shot his left leg on the lower knuckle and the man fell in the ground screaming. From the dragging a stray bullet hit an innocent lady seating in her shop.

The actions of the personnels angered the traders and they were surrounded and demanded they would not leave until they took the man to the hospital for treatment, but some the DSS personnel managed to elude the crowd and took to their heels while the marketers pelted their vehicle with stones.

A police man who rushed down to the scene made a call for an emergency unit who brought an ambulance and drive the tailor and the lady that were shot to the health center for medical treatment.
