Fugar and Jattu link road splits as community remain stranded in Etsako west, Edo state

 

Mean while, in Edo state the road linking two communities Fugar and Jattu Etsako West LGA of splits in two beyond recognition as members of the community remained stagnated.

According to eyewitnesses they alleged that the road was passable until a full load truck drive through and immediately the dilapidated road starts splitting in two. The wreckage occurred on Monday morning 10:30 AM September 4, 2023.

There were concerns that this road leads to the only hospital in the community since it had splits it has become impossible for the various communities access the hospital. 

Mean while, this is also a big challenge to transport  farm produce from the affected communities to the urban cities which will automatically hike prices of goods majorly in the state capital since this communities are majorly into farming and has increase reliance of farm produce by other communities.

Although the various communities has called on the LGA chairman to come to their ordeal but they are yet to get feedback from the chairman.
