Niger issued French Ambassador 48 hours to depart Nigerien territory~details below

 Niger coup, following the recent developments made by the military junta, the Republic of Niger have withdrawn authorization of the French Ambassador Mr Sylvian ITTE and was given forty eight (48) hours ultimatum to exit Nigerien.

Meanwhile, the Nigerien Ministry of Foreign Affairs  present it compliments to the Ministry of Europe and the Foreign Affairs Ministry of the Republic of Niger has the honor to inform it that in response to note. 

023/02874 of 08 August, 2023 address to the former Ambassador to the Minister of Niger by the Europe and Foreign Affairs, to the refusal of the French Ambassador in Niamey to respond to the invitation of the minister of Foreign Affairs, cooperation and Nigeriens abroad for an interview on Friday, August 25,2023, at 10 a.m. 

However, other actions of the French government , contrary to Niger’s interest. The Nigerien competent authorities have decided to withdraw their authorization from Mr Sylvain ITTE and to ask to leave the Republic of Nigerien territory within forty eight hours (48).
