 Man raises alarm as Agberos (thugs) takes over AP Plaza, at the capital city Abuja harassing and extorting motorists. 

A Twitter user raises alarm on the newly recruited thüg locally known as “Agbero” disguised as task force harassing and extorting motorist.

The thugs can be easily identified as they walk randomly at the middle of the road wearing orange top shirt holding on from one car to another causing an unusual traffic.
