FG approves N825.8 billion as compensation to Abuja Indigenes

The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated N825.8 billion naira as compensation for Abuja indigenes. 

It said the money is meant to for the construction of the 4.2 kilometer, a second runway at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport 

Nyesom Wike the Federal Capita Territory (FCT) Minister made the announcement today, while meeting with with the Aviation Minister, Festus Keyamo, officials of both ministries, and representatives of their agencies as well as stakeholders from Jiwa, the affected community in Abuja.
