 A lady with the Twitter handle as Ruth has cried out said gym is hard after getting fat from heavy food consumption in a post on Twitter  where she tweeted  pictures of herself exercising in a gym center.

Mean while, the Twitter handler posted a pictures of her consuming mountain of fufu (swallow) to impress social media fans and later gets uncontrollable fat.
