Federal Capital Territory destroys Tonto Dike ex lover Kpokpogri’s mansion in Abuja~details below
The Federal Capital Territory FCT administration has debunk why a building owned by actress Tonto Dike former lover Koseph Egbri popularly known as Kpokpogri was demolished.
During an interview with Punch aid to the FCT Minister disclosed that Kpokpogri’s mansion was demolished because it was seating on the highway.
Mean while, Attah Ikharo, the Senior Special Assistant to the FCT Minister on Monitoring, Inspector and Entrustment said; the building did not get approval from the necessary agencies.
Stating that, “his house is on a super highway known m as M-16 he doesn’t even have a building plan approval. It’s like somebody knew the highway is coming sold the land to him and he just went to build, we have been asking him to stop but he refused”
The minister claimed Kpokpogri was warned before hand and he refused.
“In Abuja before you build you must get a building plan approvals. There was no approval at all for him, the place was initially allocated to somebody long ago. So I think the person now sold it to somebody who then sold it to him but kept rushing the building the whole building was built in less than a year”
“The Federal Housing Authority Director came here twice this week. The MD came the day before yesterday, that they did not give him approval and the building was illegally constructed.
The FCDA executive secretary also, said it was illegally constructed. We came here twice this week asking him to vacate because of the highway, Ikaro said.
He however said the only impediment on the highway which was began from Guzape 2 was Kpokpogri’S house stating that in three months time the road work will commenced on the land.
