 A popular nollywood veteran actor Chiwetalu Agu was arrested by the Nigeria soldiers following the Biafra Regalia he wore during the sit at home period to honor biafran soldiers who died during the Nigeria-Biafran civil war.

The veteran actor wore the regalia to showcase his love for the Biafra heroes and for his people, But this turn out to be a bounce-back, the Nigeria military had regarded this as an unpatriotic moves by the nollywood veteran actor.

According to a source who said that "the veteran actor, Chiwetalu Agu has allegedly been arrested for wearing Biafra regalia in Onitsha which the photo surfaces the social media until it gets to the Nigeria military"

The source further explained that, "the veteran actor was arrested by soldiers at Upper Iweka, in Onitsha after they saw him wearing the Biafran regalia"

“This is Upper Iweka Onitsha. The soldiers at the bridge head arrested him. He was taken to the Onitsha Cantonment from where I have learnt he has been taken to 82 Division Enugu,” the source said.
