Justice Binta Nyako--has adjourned the trial of leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu to 21 of October~details below
After a lot of controversies Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court has adjourned the trial of leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu to 21 October.
She alleged that she can not commence the trial at the absence of the defendant in the court.
